Our Website Design Process is designed for us to learn your firm’s value and then partner with you to develop a stunning, professional website designed to attract and convert website visitors into clients.

Our Process

Design Interview

During our design interview the AhrensTech team will conduct a design interview with the client, identifying the design choices and preferences of the firm including target audience and existing brand strategies. During this meeting we will also discuss all the website features available for the firm including video, event calendar/management, blog, FAQs, form integration, payment portal integration and more.

Design & Development

Following the design interview, it’s now time for our website designers to create a your website through expert use of design layout, colors, pictures and fonts that is most suited to your target audience. Once the initial design is completed, we will present it to you during a Zoom meeting and provide up to 2 revision rounds to exchange ideas with our team and arrive at the final design of your website.

Launch & Optimization

Once the website is completed, the AhrensTech team will launch the new website. Our process includes:
  • Search Engine Optimization: Extensive internal optimization of all elements of the website.
  • ADA Compliance Testing: Audit of website for ADA issues
  • Browser Testing: Ensures a consistent user experience
  • Mobile Testing: Your new website is responsive to all devices

Hosting, Maintenance and Support

After the website is live, your last scheduled meeting is a training session with your account manager. During this session you will learn how to edit content, post blogs, schedule and manage events, view contact forms and more. Although you have full control over your website, don’t worry, we are always here to assist you as you manage your content. Additionally, each month we will be updating your website behind the scenes to keep it secure and fast.
